Plat Review Process
All plats must be reviewed by the Planning Department unless designated as a G.S. § 47-30(f)(11)c by the surveyor. All plats are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis and the review period (as noted in section 61.5 of the Subdivision Ordinance) may take up to forty-five (45) days.
